Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, reverse engineer or copy the software, upload malicious software or harmful content, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

RopeDocs is a documentation tool only and does not provide safety advice or guarantee regulatory compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information entered, verifying that all workers are properly trained and competent, and that appropriate hazard controls, rescue procedures, and safe work practices are implemented for each job.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RopeDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
